Telangana Chief Minister KCR, who planned to privatize the TSRTC, has received a huge jolt from the High Court.
TSRTC workers are on strike, for over a month and the negotiations between the corporation and state government are not finding any clue of the solution as of now. Owing to the problems being faced by the common public, due to the non-availability of buses, the TS CM has planned to privatize RTC in 5100 routes.
But shockingly, the High Court in its latest hearing, has put a stay on the decision. It is also revealed that the APSRTC is not divided yet and TSRTC has no legality. The next hearing of the case will be on 11th of this month. Meanwhile, the RTC JAC expressed their happiness over the decision of the High Court.
