The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has given a major shock to the Andhra Pradesh government, by giving a stay order to the notices that were sent to Chandrababu Naidu and Narayana by the CID. The judge is said to have asked the CID to provide solid evidence against Naidu and Narayana, in the Amaravati land distribution allegations that both of them are facing.
The CID said that it cannot provide any proofs or evidence in the primary stages of the investigation, and requested the HC to give the CID permission to investigate the case further, in order to provide the HC with the required information.
Supreme Court Lawyer Siddharth Luthra argued on behalf of Naidu, while Dammalapati Srinivas argued on behalf of Narayana, while Additional AG Jasthi Nagabhushanam argued on behalf of the AP government.
The CID filed a case on Chandrababu, regarding the assigned lands issue of Amaravati, and Chandrababu requested the HC to dismiss this case filed on him, as Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and the YSRCP government is against CHandrbabau Naidu, and have intentionally filed this case on him, to exact their revenge.
