Karuna Kumar caught the attention of many with his debut film as a director, Palasa 1978. Star producer, Allu Aravind was so very impressed with the film that he signed up Karuna Kumar for three projects.
A while back, it was said that Karuna Kumar would be directing a web series titled ‘Metro Stories’ for Allu Aravind’s ‘Aha’.
As per exclusive info, Karuna has locked the hero and heroine for his forthcoming web series.
Nakshatra, who was seen in ‘Palasa 1978’ and Ali Reza, who shot to fame with Telugu Bigg Boss will be playing the lead roles in the web series. ‘Aha’ will be making an official announcement very soon.
Rajeev Kanakala, Rahul Tyson, and Thiru are playing key roles in this web series. It will be anthology.
Aside from ‘Metro Stories’, Karuna Kumar will also be working on a feature film that will have veteran hero, Rajasekhar in the lead role. Jeevitha will be bankrolling this film.
