Natural star Nani’s much anticipated comedy-revenge drama Gang Leader is all set to hit the screens on September 13th. The film’s trailer received thumping response from the audience and it successfully created a positive buzz for the film.
Nani will be seen as a writer, who goes by the pen name – Pencil, where he is a Plagiarist who makes money by translating English movies into Telugu novels. With just few days left for film’s release, all the major cast have already begun promoting the film.
However, in a recent media interaction, Nani revealed that,” Vikram Kumar narrated two scripts to him before Gang Leader script. I liked the scripts but I felt there was something missing in it for their combination to work. So, I politely refused to do both of them. After two scripts, Vikram came up with Gang Leader’s story, which I instantly gave my nod.”
RX 100 fame Kartikeya Gummakonda will be seen as the main villain and Priyanka Arulmohan is the female lead. The film also stars Lakshmi, Saranya, Aneesh Kuruvilla, Priyadarshi, Raghubabu, Vennela Kishore, Jaija, Pranya and Sathya in major roles. The film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichandran.
