TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu is currently on remand at the Rajahmundry central jail as he has been named as the main accused in the skill development scam.
10 days later, Chandrababu’s quash petition on the case came to hearing and the same was carried out by the AP high court earlier today.
The court heard the arguments of both counsels through the course of the day today and stated that enough facts have been verified in the case and the judgment has been held in reserve.
The high court will announce its verdict on the case on the 21st of September which is 2 days from now.
TDP troops are hoping that they will get a favorable judgment on the case while YCP troops are hoping that CBN will be kept on remand for a few more days.
