The makers of Ravi Teja’s Eagle organised a successful meet for the movie. The movie is running with a decent talk and slowly picking up. Along with the team, Harish Shankar was present at the event as guest. He praised and congratulated the team.
Director Harish Shankar is known for his daring talks and fearlessness. On the occasion he lashed out on gossiping websites. He reminded that there is a distinction between criticizing a film and trolling it. He urged reviewers not to target young and emerging directors with negativity.
He praised cinematographer Karthik Gattamneni, who chose to direct a film despite having many other opportunities. He expressed frustration about movie journalists spreading unnecessary negativity about films. He criticized websites for claiming that “Eagle” lacked romance, pointing out that these same sites previously said “RRR” lacked romance.
He strongly condemned “blind articles” that spread gossip without naming sources. Harish challenged journalists to reveal names and sources directly. He even humorously questioned an article about him drinking at a producer’s house, wondering if the journalist added ice cubes to his glass. His aggressive speech which has valid points is now trending.
