Despite behind the scenes indications suggesting “Hanu-Man” might struggle to secure favorable theater slots for its release during Sankranthi season, the film faces challenges in changing its schedule.
The movie requires an ideal release date, but the current timing doesn’t seem optimal, coinciding with the anticipated Ayodhya Ram Mandir ceremony in the third week of January.
However, there’s hope for success in the Hindi market, as the film is expected to perform well there, supported by promotions and sign materials in over 700 theaters across North India.
Additionally, the filmmakers have finalized an agreement with an OTT platform, locking in a substantial deal that prevents them from postponing or altering the release date. Despite these obstacles, unless they secure new arrangements or face severe difficulties in securing theaters, “Hanu-Man” appears committed to its current release schedule.
