Soon after Donald Trump came into power in USA, one of his major agenda’s was to create employment to the Americans and reduce the intake of quality less resources from outside. For this, USCIS came up with plans to strictly identify the right resources at visa approvals.
There was a decline initially but this year, USCIS issued more visas to Indians compared to 2018. By the end of September, USCIS issued 3.89 lakh work visas which is almost 0.54 lakh work visas more than the last year. For the financial year of 2018, 3.35 lakh work visas got approved.
This is a positive sign for the Indians working in USA and for the ones aspiring to study and work in USA.
