Liquor stores in Andhra Pradesh will remain open from 6 am to 12 pm and the stores will be closed after that. The AP government has decided to strictly enforce the curfew in Andhra Pradesh. In the recent cabinet meeting, it was decided that after 12 pm, there should be a strict curfew.
Due to this, RTC buses will also reach the bus depots before 12 pm. The shops will also be closed by 12 pm. Only medical stores and hospitals are allowed to remain open. It seems like the AP government is focusing more on the revenue through alcohol. At present, the revenue through liquor is mostly supporting the government. If it gets affected, the government will face a financial crisis. That is why the government is much emphasizing on liquor stores.
