The teaser of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much anticipated upcoming film, Godfather, has been released today, on the occasion of his birthday.
The film is the official remake of the Malayalam film Lucifer and is directed by Tamil director Mohan Raja. Nayanthara is the leading lady in the film, which also features Satyadev and Salman Khan in important roles.
The teaser introduced us to the world of Godfather, where the people of a town are talking about the protagonist who had been missing for a few years but managed to make a huge difference in just a few years after returning.
It is clear that Satyadev will be seen as the Chief Minister of the state, and Nayantara will be playing a crucial role.
Salman Khan can also be seen in the teaser, and the cameo seems to be interesting, with the actor set to share an interesting episode with Chiranjeevi.
The release date of the film has also been announced and is set to be released on 5th October, for Dasara this year.
