Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film, Godfather, directed by Mohan Raja, is all set to be released on October 5th, on the occasion of Dasara, and in the lead up to the film’s release, Megastar Chiru participated in an interview with anchor Srimukhi, where Srimukhi interviewed Chiru in his private jet, while they were flying in the clouds.
Chiru answered a lot of questions, and the interaction was very lively and informative as well. Srimukhi asked him a lot of questions, from the involvement of Nayantara, Satya Dev, and Salman Khan, to Mohan Raja being the director of the film. Chiru said that everyone from the team of the film came to the unanimous decision that Nayan would be the best choice for the role because of the level of maturity that she would be able to bring to the character. He also revealed that she would be seen as his sister in the film.
Talking about Satyadev, Chiru said that it was his idea to get Satyadev on board, and that Satyadev immediately said yes, even though it is a negative character. Chiru said that the audiences are going to love Satyadev in his character. Chiru said that Salman will be seen as a loyal soldier to Chiru in the film, someone who will carry out Godfather’s orders even if he is not there. Chiru said that Salman immediately said yes to the role, even though it is just 10min in the film.
About the film’s director Mohan Raja, Chiru said that the director brought in a new dimension to the film, and elevated it with his stylish taking and wonderful screenplay. Chiru also said that it was interesting to have director Puri Jagannath play the role of a Youtuber in the film, and even revealed that it was his choice to have Puri onboard, after he heard Puri’s podcasts during the pandemic. On the whole, Chiru promised that the audience is going to have a blast on the 5th, and that they are going to enjoy the film thoroughly.
