The ongoing ruckus about the dumping of the garbages in front of the 20 bank branches in Andhra Pradesh simultaneously is really going nowhere as there are several suspicions in this mean thing. At first, a senior official told that the municipal department has already launched a probe in this issue.
It is a big question about how the municipal department see into facts against their own people. Of course, it is clear that no one would dare to do such a thing without the order from the higher authorities. Everybody thought that the issue will be subsided and intended not to blow out of proportions.
However, the central government stepped in all of a sudden and has shown determination to catch the real culprits behind this grave act. So, as a part of the tradition, an advisor in AP government is being blamed. There are obvious reasons behind blaming these particular people.
Advisor are not like any IAS or IPS officers. They don’t have any permanent job to lose and hence they need not fear retirement or punishments. So, there are easy meat for anyone who commits these mistakes or even crimes. Methodically, the real culprits can’t be find if the central government depends on state government officials on this matter.
