Staff at Gandhi Hospital expressed hesitation to work in Corona wards. The nurses, caretakers and security guards working in the corona ward were hailed recently for their dedication.
However, recently they complained that they have served Corona virus patients 24 hours a day in the Isolation ward, but no one cares about them.
They feared to meet their own children and family after serving the corona patients. Colony members are fear mongering on our arrival, said the staff.
The police have disapproved their husbands from taking them on bikes after performing duties. They demand that their husbands be given transport passes during this crisis.
The hospital nurses demanded Government to give security during their working hours and written the same in the form of requesting letter to hospital superintendent Sravan Kumar.
The administration asked the staff and nurses to stay in the old building near the hospital. Although the suggestion is given, facilities are not in full-fledged way.
Senior nurses requested a two-day shift to their jobs and asked for a replacement with other nurses with occasional holidays.
