Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has started building his house in Velagapudi, Amaravati. He and his family which includes wife Bhuvaneshwari, son Lokesh, daughter-in-law Brahmani, and grandson Devansh attended the foundation stone-laying ceremony.
The 5-acre property, bought at market value, is near the E9 road and the secretariat. The house will have parking and space for staff and security. With this move of CM relocating is making the locals hopeful about growth and investments to the area.
Nara Lokesh, on the occasion shared the news and wrote that today was a special and emotional day for him and his family. He said that its proud to watch his father perform the Bhumi Puja for their home in Amaravati. He said that this is more than a construction and about reviving the dream of a world-class capital. He stressed that their home symbolizes their commitment to rebuild Amaravati stronger, beautiful and full of hope.
