For the past few days, many speculations are doing rounds about the remake of Malayalam blockbuster film Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Even though the actors have been confirmed, there’s no official confirmation about the film’s director.
If the latest reports are to be believed, Sudheer Varma has been roped in to direct the remake. It is also heard that Sudheer Varma is currently working on the project along with a few writers. They are making changes in the script to suit the Telugu nativity.
The film stars the macho hero Rana Daggubati and Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in the lead roles. Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake will be bankrolled by Sithara Entertainments and it is learned that they may make an official announcement about their project in mid-August. The film’s regular shoot may begin in 2021. Makers have yet to finalize the leading ladies of the film.
Ayyappanum Koshiyum is all about the battle between two egoistic characters, one is an upright brash cop and the other is an arrogant ex-army man from an affluent family.
