Looks like all is not well between ace producer Dil Raju and ace distributor Sudhakar Reddy. Yes, you heard it right. Going into the details, Dil Raju fed with Sithara Entertainments. It is learned that Dil Raju is a regular distributor for Nizam and Vizag regions for all the movies made on Sithara and Haarika banners.
He also distributed Ala Vaikunthapurramloo in Nizam and Vizag regions. However, now Nithin’s father Sudhakar Reddy, who distributes films through Global Cinemas firm, now entered the scene suddenly and demanding Vizag region rights for his son’s upcoming film Bheeshma. It is heard that the producers of Bheeshma are supporting Sudhakar Reddy as he is offering high prices.
It is said that Dil Raju offered Rs 8.5 crore for Bheeshma for both regions and the producers had agreed to part rights of Nizam to Dil Raju for Rs 6.50 crore. But now the fight is about the Vizag region. Let us see who will win this distribution battle.
Bheeshma, which stars Nithin and Rashmika in the lead roles, is directed by Venky Kudumula. The film is slated for a grand release on Feb 21, 2020.
