India is performing several Covid-19 tests everyday and the individual state governments were showing the numbers and pocketing the money. Few states were buying Indian made kits at less costs while few other states were importing it from China and other countries paying double the price. Interestingly, few kits imported from outside are said to be giving false results.
A Police officer who showed all the Covid-19 symptoms tested to be negative. After performing multiple tests, the result turned to be negative. With this result, hospitals didn’t consider to admit him and provide the required treatment. He suffered from breathing issues and a private hospital provided oxygen without admitting him. Finally, the Police went for one last Covid-19 test and this time it turned to be positive. Unfortunately, the Police died on the same day due to the breathing issue caused by Corona Virus.
“Are the Covid-19 kits really working? Will the government take any action on this sort of false result kits?” turned to be a debate point on the social media. Amidst these discussions, we lost a person who kept his life at stake to make sure people follow the Covid-19 rules.
