After scoring a blockbuster hit with SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Mega Powerstar Ram Charan has teamed up with director Shankar for his next film, tentatively called #RC15. Apart from this flick, the Magadheera actor has also announced a project with young filmmaker Gowtam Tinnanuri.
Recently, a noted website reported that the actor’s next with Gowtam Tinnanuri has been shelved. The online reports claimed that the project has been kept on hold for many reasons. It is also said that UV Creations, which is backing the movie, is currently on a hunt for the right director to helm Charan’s next.
While the news about RC-Gowtam’s film went viral, we exclusively learnt that the movie is not shelved and will go on floors in the coming months. A source close to the makers revealed to us that the movie team already went to the US to lock the locations and the movie will start rolling once RC is free from his hectic schedule.
We heard that the actor asked the director for no changes in the script and Gowtam has almost wrapped up the script work. Saying that Charan never withdrew a film after announcing, the source revealed that the actor-director duo will have a final sitting in the coming days.
