Telangana: A new chapter in the medical history of the state of Telangana is about to begin. In addition to the regular tests, the latest and most expensive medical test would be available to the public free of charge. 19 of the main centers of the state government established a medical test stations (diagnostic centers) to start on December 7 as per CM Chandrashaker Rao directives.
Ministers, MLAs, local people’s representatives in coordination with the medical authorities decided to provide better treatment for the people in their constituencies. He said that in the current situation, these services would benefit the people.
The Chief Minister said that in case of need of a patient undergoing treatment at the Government Primary Medical Centers in the Zonal Centers and in any unforeseen event he is not able to come to these Centers himself, samples can be sent with the doctor’s letter of recommendation and tests can be done.
It was announced that the scheme would soon be given a good name and that phased diagnostic centers would be set up where needed. Speaking to health department officials on Saturday, CM KCR also inquired about the declining incidence of corona virus in the state.
A total of 57 types of medical examinations are conducted at these centers. It comprises X-ray, biochemical, and pathology tests are performed to diagnose corona, blood, urine, BP, diabetes, heart disease, bone disease, liver, kidney, and thyroid related diseases.
