All the four men accused of raping and killing the veterinary doctor Priyanka Reddy in cold blood were allegedly shot dead in a police encounter in the wee hours on Friday in Hyderabad.

According to the reports, the four accused, who were already in the police custody, were taken to the scene of crime, to recreate the sequence of events. This was done as part of the probe to establish the exact timeline of the events leading up to the gruesome gangrape.

As per the police statements, during the crime recreation, the four accused suddenly snatched the weapon of one of the policemen. For self-defense, the cops encountered all the accused four men, who were shot dead. As per the reports, the encounter took place close to the spot where the accused allegedly torched Disha’s body after raping her.

Well, as soon as this news made headlines, the netzines are appreciating the police department and Telangana for taking the right decision even after a week of Disha’s murder.
