It is known that National award-winning actor Suriya has teamed up with director Siva for a pan-India periodic film, which is tentatively titled #Suriya42. The film went on floors in August and the shooting is happening at a brisk pace.
Meanwhile, an interesting information is making rounds on the internet that the makers are said to be pocketing Rs 100 Crore through the digital rights of #Suriya42. It is heard that a top OTT giant is offering this never before price and the negotiations are going on. However, it remains to be seen if the news is true.
#Suriya42 is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja’s Studio Green and Vikram-Vamsi under the banner of UV Creations. The period-action film also stars Disha Patani and it will be released in 3D across 10 languages. The film will have music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
