Mega hero Varun Tej‘s upcoming sports drama Ghani has been halted as a precautionary measure amid the second wave of coronavirus. The movie has been facing problems from the pandemic since its launch.
We know the film is produced by Allu Bobby and Siddu Mudda. The latest reports revealed that the things between the producers are not going well. Although they both are good friends, there seem to be some differences with this film.
It was heard that they erected a Rs 50 lakh worth set, but that was dismantled without shooting there because of the differences between the producers. However, the director Kiran Korrapati denied these claims and said the set was demolished after Varun Tej complained of hand pain.
The gossip also says that the Mega hero is not satisfied with the script and has been proposing several changes to the story. After going through these disturbances, the director said to have annoyed and said that he cannot work under these irregularities. However, none of the team members confirmed these controversies officially.
The film stars Upendra, Suniel Shetty, Jagapati Babu and Nadhiya in pivotal roles. Saiee Manjrekar plays the female lead, Maya.
