The recently released trailer of Gehraiyaan, an urbane drama featuring Deepika Padukone, Siddhanth Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and others in the lead roles caught the attention of the audience.
In the trailer, we see a fair few lip-lock scenes featuring Deepika and Siddhanth. When asked about the same, Deepika has an interesting response.
“It is true that there are many lip-lock scenes and intimate episodes in Gehraiyaan. But the intention was never to pull the audience with these steamy scenes. These scenes are all a part of the narrative, given the fact that the film is an urbane drama based on modern-day relationships.” Deepika said.
Adding further added that acting in such scenes isn’t subject to gender and age of the actors.
Gehraiyaan is an Amazon Prime Video original and it will be streaming on the platform from 11th February.
