With 3242 posts on the photo-sharing platform, the 37-year-old footballer has an average of 10 million likes for each post and he only follows 501 users.
Following in Portuguese star’s footsteps as the most followed person on the social media platform, Kylie Jenner comes in second with over 308 million followers, while fellow soccer legend Lionel Messi is in third with 306 million followers.
Ronaldo recently celebrated his 37th birthday and thanked everyone for sending him wishes. “Life is a roller coaster. Hard work, high speed, urgent goals, demanding expectations… But in the end, it all comes down to family, love, honesty, friendship, values that make it all worth it. Thanks for all the messages! 37 and counting! (sic)”, he wrote on his social media platforms.
