The COVID-19 virus has started showing its mad rage in India as this pandemic is going on at an uncontrollable rate in the sub-continent. So, the citizens have confined themselves to the houses mostly and are feared of stepping outside.
In this tense period, about 70 cows in the Krishna district have shown red spots on their body with blood leaking from their eyes. Going into the details, in Vijayawada’s nearest village Kondapalli, unusual symptoms has been seen in more than 70 cows and these are spreading from one cow to another in a mysterious way.
The people thought that the cows were infected with Novel Corona Virus as it has been the happening thing for the last month in the country. This word spread like wildfire to the neighborhood and eventually the officials came to find out what is happening in Kondapalli.
The Veterinary doctor of that region came and examined the cows and diagnosed that the victim cows are suffering from usual sickness which is a very common disease in cows known as ‘Pongu Jabbu’.
The doctor clarified that cows won’t get infected with COVID-19 from humans at any cost and said that if this ‘Pongu’ disease effects the digestive system of a cow, it turns more fatal and the villagers decides to send their infected cows under veterinary doctor’s supervision till the next week.
