Anushka Shetty is one of the biggest names down South. She made her acting debut with the 2005 Telugu film Super and emerged as the highest-paid actress in South Indian Cinema. It is worth mentioning that her portrayal of Devasena in the Baahubali series remains unbeatable.
Post Baahubali, Anushka had not signed many films. Nishabdham was her last film, but it bombed at the box office. We earlier reported that the actress has signed her next with director Mahesh, which has Naveen Polishetty in the lead role.
Now, the latest update is that Anushka Shetty is not in a mood to join the shoot because of the Covid-19 pandemic effect. She is not allocating dates near and wants to have a safe environment to step out for joining the shoot. More details regarding the same are awaited.
