It has been two months since the first case of Corona Virus or COVID-19 was detected. Yet this deadly virus hasn’t been brought under control and the death toll has already reached 2600. A message in Whatsapp went rounds that the coronavirus is spreading rapidly in the Guntur District with 10 reported cases and four deaths. The people in AP are very scared though the news is a mix of partial truths and falsehoods. In a state like Andhra Pradesh and especially in a city like Guntur, the virus outbreak could prove deadly.
The news also asked the people to stop eating non-vegetarian food as the people who eat meat have high chances to prone to this COVID-19. However, this news has been disproved by many experts including the authorities of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).
They stated that the methods of cooking meat in our country are extremely safe unlike China as we boil the meat up to 100 degrees centigrade in which no versus can survive by any chance. Indian also uses turmeric powder and other spices that have antibiotic benefits.
So some people who want to sell their homeopathic medicines created this terror as the viral message quotes the AYUSH ministry saying that homeopathic medicine Arsenicum album 30 can prevent the coronavirus.
But the WHO clarified that there is no medicine is available yet to cure the prevent the virus.
