Bollywood had witnessed a big fat wedding of producer Jayantilal Gada’s son Aksshay Gada recently. There were a number of celebrities who attended the event. Producer Boney Kapoor was present at the event when actress Urvashi Rautela joined him to click a couple of photos.
The video of Boney Kapoor and Urvashi has become viral leading to a controversy. It has been talked that Boney Kapoor had touched Urvashi Rautela inappropriately while clicking the pictures. This drew flak and the netizens are commenting on Boney Kapoor for touching an actress inappropriately.
But, it seems the news has upset Boney Kapoor and Urvashi Rautela. Urvashi Rautela has come in the defense of the producer. Urvashi firstly bashed the news outlet who wrote an article in which the whole scene has been written in an assumed perception.
“Presumably one of India’s ‘supreme’ newspaper and this is ‘news’? Please don’t talk about girl power or women’s liberation when you don’t know how to respect/honor girls”, Urvashi wrote on her Twitter. She even went further and clarified that she knew Boney Kapoor for quite a long time and there was nothing wrong in his behavior except the media’s twisted reporting.
“I felt appalled and beyond shocked this morning when I saw social media flooded with trolls of me in a video with respected sir. It makes me feel extremely unhappy and miserable because the social sites/media don’t even think twice before putting up things or destroying anyone’s reputation,” Urvashi wrote in Boney Kapoor’s defense.
“I honestly respect sir and stand by him and his dignity,” Urvashi Rautela added. On the other hand, it is being talked that Boney Kapoor is prepping up to take a legal action against the news outlet who tried to defame him with false acquisitions.
