Tollywood actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna has reacted to the AP Assembly episode, where the YSRCP leaders allegedly made comments made against TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu’s wife Bhuvaneswari.
Balayya held a press conference with family members at his residence and condemned the alleged comments of ruling party leaders.
“The developments in the AP Assembly were very painful. The assembly has become a platform for personal abuse. They brought a personal agenda instead of a discussion on development. Chandrababu is a very brave man. He never shed a tear. However, attacking family members is not appropriate. We have never personally criticized anyone. It is not good to make personal criticisms on my sister,” said Balakrishna.
“I don’t understand if we are in the assembly or in the barn. There are women in everyone’s family. Verbal attacks on those who have nothing to do with politics are inappropriate,” he added.
“On behalf of the people, on behalf of the party, on behalf of my fans, this is my warning. I will not tolerate such vile words being uttered again,” the senior legislator warned the YSRCP leaders.
