Thalapathy Vijay’s latest offering sport-drama Whistle minted extraordinary figures in its three days of its release. But, as per the latest trade reports, given the weekday the film collections dropped when compared to the weekend.
But the film’s collections have been witnessing a drop day by day on weekdays. On its seventh day, the film’s collections were dropped completely.
In the first six days of ‘Whistle’, the film collected Rs. 8.88 Crores share in the Andhra and Telangana regions. By the end of the second weekend, the whistle will enter into the profit zone in the Telugu states.

Ceeded – 2.55 crores
Guntur – 88 lakhs
Uttarandhra – 99.9 lakhs
East Godavari – 60.5 lakhs
West Godavari – 41.6 lakhs
Krishna – 57.5 lakhs
Nellore – 38.3 lakh
Total Share – 9.34 crores
Directed by Atlee, the movie also starred Jackie Shroff, Yogi Babu, Vivek, Daniel Balaji, Kathir and Indhuja amongst others.
