As both the trailers and teasers of Thipparaa Meesam were impressive, the film garnered a good hype before the release. But shockingly, the film could not live up to any such expectations.
The first day collections of Thipparaa Meesam in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh put together are Rs. 0.24 Crore and the total worldwide collections could not add anything better. The figure is just Rs. 0.28 Crore. Adding to it, the total theatrical business is Rs. 2.5 Crore.
As Sree Vishnu’s last film Brochevaarevarura was unanimously appreciated, the share of his next film is anticipated to be around Rs. 70 to 80 lakhs. But the collections of Thipparaa Meesam are nowhere near the anticipation, thus showing that the film has turned out be a disaster in hero’s career.

Sree Vishnu always faced a bitter result, whenever he tried his luck as an action hero. So it would be better if he could stick to the class entertainers like Needi Naadi Oke Katha, Brochevaarevarura etc and thus continue with the hits, till he gets a stable image.
