Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been hospitalized after he fell slightly ill today. As per reports, KCR was rushed to Yashoda Hospital in Somajiguda this morning from Pragati Bhavan.
Dr MV Rao said that he was unwell for the past two days and added that the CM was suffering from pain in his left hand. A team of doctors led by Dr Rao is conducting several medical tests on him.
KCR has undergone a CT Scan, Angiogram, and other medical tests at the hospital. He was accompanied by his wife, daughter Kavitha, Santosh and grandson Himanshu. Telangana Minister and KCR son KTR and Minister Harish Rao also visited the hospital.
The Telangana CM was scheduled to visit Yadadri today. However, it appears like his trip is now cancelled due to illness. It is reported that Telangana Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy will attend the Yadadri temple mahotsavam to be held today and proceed on behalf of the government.
