Key figures from the Citadel universe gathered to celebrate the upcoming premieres of Citadel: Diana and Citadel: Honey Bunny, set to launch on Prime Video globally on October 10 and November 7, respectively.
Italian lead Matilda De Angelis and Executive Producer Gina Gardini represented Citadel: Diana, while directors Raj & DK, writer Sita R. Menon, and Indian star Samantha led the celebrations for Citadel: Honey Bunny. Joining them was Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who plays Nadia in Citadel season 2, currently filming in the UK.
Executive Producers Anthony and Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, and David Weil shared insights alongside the show’s creators in a special on-stage conversation at Curzon Bloomsbury. They discussed the expansion of Citadel, a global spy universe with interconnected series featuring top local talent and rich cultural identities.
Also in attendance were James Farrell, VP of International Originals at Amazon MGM Studios, Nikhil Madhok, Head of India Originals at Prime Video, and Chris Bird, Prime Video UK Director.
Citadel: Diana and Citadel: Honey Bunny build on the success of the first season of Citadel, which became Prime Video’s second most-watched new original series outside the U.S. within 24 days of its 2023 premiere.
