Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu has been serving the remand sentence over the skill development case.
Chandrababu was given to CID remand for a couple of days. He was extensively grilled by CID for 12 hours in 2 days and he was asked 120 odd questions in the same.
Now, the CID has moved the court again and has asked for 5 days of custody today. The case was filed at the ACB court in Vijayawada.
The CID mentioned that Chandrababu hasn’t been cooperating for investigation and there is the need to investigate him further to extract the facts pertaining to the case.
CBN’s remand had anyways been extended till the 5th of October and if the ACB court now permits the CID investigation, it would mean that Babu has to serve the full remand and also take part in the investigation with the CID.
