It’s known that Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer social drama ’Acharya’ has been shelved due to pandemic situation. Although, the permits for shoot were given, owing to the lavish sets and huge number of people involved, the film makers have been biding the time for the right moment to resume the works.
Meanwhile Chiru has intriguing slew of projects that includes, Bobby’s directorial and ‘Lucifer’ in the pipe line. The actor had been showing interest to work with young directors these days.
Earlier a chance was given to Saaho fame director Sujeeth to come up with an interesting plot for ‘Lucifer’. But it failed to impress Chiru so he decided to nip it in the bud and forswear the director.
Later the opportunity was given to acclaimed director ‘V.V Vinayak who delivered a hit with Khaidi no. 150. The information from grapevine shares that Chiranjeevi suggested few changes in the story penned by Vinayak.
Now the inside sources from our Telugu bulletin reveals that coming Monday, V.V Vinayak and Chiranjeevi would have a discussion in finalising the script for Lucifer movie.
If things pan out well, the makers of Lucifer might give a final announcement about the movie on Dussehra this year.
The hearsay is that since this movie is still in budding stage, another finalized untitled movie from the director Bobby might be the next project for Chiru, which would be much earlier than Lucifer.
