Megastar Chiranjeevi is set to work on Vedhalam remake after wrapping up Acharya. He even underwent a look test for the film very recently.As per latest updates, team Acharya had commenced shoot already.
Going into the story, a portion of Acharya is supposed to be shot in Kolkata during the Dasara season. The festival hungama and vibe are apparently quintessential for a few sequences in the film.
So, the movie unit, including Chiranjeevi flew ro Kolkata this Dasara and shot a few scenes. That is the reason why Chiranjeevi underwent a look test a while ago. The makers did not release any update in this regard though.
Meher Ramesh is planning to complete the shooting of Vedhalam remake as early as he possibly can. 14 Reels Plus Entertainments are bankrolling the project.The regular shooting of Vedhalam remake is expected to commence early next year.
