Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra, who is accused of filming pornographic videos, is once again in the news.
Recently Maharashtra Cyber Police has filed a charge sheet against Raj Kundra for allegedly shooting adult videos in two deluxe hotels for some digital streaming platforms. Along with Raj Kundra, Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey, Raj Dubey and others have been named as accused. In the chargesheet, the police stated that all of them provided obscene content to various OTT platforms for financial gain.
The charge sheet in the pornography case was filed before the 37th Metropolitan Magistrate court.
Raj Kundra was booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act for shooting obscene/porn videos. Mumbai Police arrested him on July 19 last year. He approached the court in September, seeking bail in the case. The magistrate’s court granted him bail on the condition of a surety of Rs.50,000.
