It is already established that Chandrababu Naidu had filed a quash petition at the High Court, asking to dismiss the skill development scam that was filed against him.
However, Chandrababu Naidu hasn’t received any relief here in the High Court and he is now having to contend with the same.
The high court has cancelled the quash petition filed by Chandrababu, meaning that he will have to face more legal action in connection with the case. The Vijayawada ACB court will deliver the judgment on the CID investigation in the case in some time now.
Chandrababu’s legal team will soon be moving the Supreme Court on the quash petition. They are likely to file a lunch motion soon and the same could come to hearing at the SC later tomorrow.
