Chandrababu’s bail plea postponed by SC

The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on the bail petition filed by Chandrababu Naidu in the AP Fiber Grid case and related order was passed a short while ago.

The court stated that the next hearing on the case has been pushed to the 9th of November.

The apex court added that the verdict on the quash petition filed by CBN’s team in the skill case will be announced on the 8th of November and any further investigation on the case will done only after that.

The court has added that the AP CID should not arrest Chandrababu till the verdict on his bail plea is out on the 8th of November. The CID obliged to the same and confirmed that they will not arrest CBN till then with regard to this case.
