Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu after concluding the assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh, is extensively campaigning for the regional parties in other states, with the sole intention of bringing down the BJP government.
Recently, when Naidu announced his support to JD(S) candidate Deve Gowda, he faced a severe backlash for going against a Telugu woman Sumalatha, who is participating in the elections as an independent candidate after the death of her husband and popular film actor Ambareesh.
Now, Naidu shifted his wings towards Tamil Nadu and extended his support to DMK. He expressed his wish to see MK Stalin as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu soon and opined that voting to Anna DMK is voting to BJP itself and pleaded the public to stand by the DMK alliance.
Having seeing all the developments, it seems like Naidu’s intention is bigger than what he expressed, the analysts opine. If one can observe, Telangana Chief Minister KCR after concluding assembly elections in Telangana, last December, has immediately shifted his focus to Delhi. Though he mentioned that he’s not aiming to be the Prime Minister, most of the TRS leaders are singing in chorus for KCR, that he is the right candidate for the Prime Ministerial post.
KCR also said that he do not mind to occupy the top chair, if is the public’s choice. So it is clearly evident that KCR is focusing on Delhi to bring down the BJP government at the Centre and form the third front. At this point of time, Chandrababu Naidu might also is aiming to spread the wings of TDP, across the country and so as a part of it, he might be interacting to all his friends in the regional parties and extending his support, expecting their support in return for the bigger seat.
