Last week, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy had been to Delhi, twice. In both the trips he had covered meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and others. He had not only had a general catchup but also explained the situation in detail back in Andhra Pradesh.
On the other hand, he had also explained them the need for the changes he is trying to bring about in the State and why he has introduced these Bills in State Assembly on 3 Capitals creation, MLC abolishing, CRDA abolishing and Disha law. Jagan also appealed them to introduce these bills in the upcoming Parliament session itself and approve them as soon as possible.
Following this, even TDP MLCs wanted to meet all these Ministers and tell them their side of the story. They have planned fully to leave for Delhi today on Tuesday.
But apart from Vice President Venkayya Naidu, they did not get appointment for any others. Therefore, all TDP MLCs have cancelled their Delhi trip and are deeply disappointed.
