Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu has been in judicial remand at the Rajahmundry central jail for the last 40 days or so. He has been accused of committing financial fraud in the AP skill development scam.

Now, the TDP boss was presented in front of the ACB court judge through a virtual conference today, with today being the last day of his judicial remand.

In this context, Naidu’s remand sentence got extended by two weeks by the ACB court and the same has been passed through an official order by the ACB court earlier today.

Naidu will now be kept on judicial remand till the 1st of November. This will mean that Naidu will be in jail for two more month.

Naidu raised concerns about his security in the jail and the court asked him to submit a written request to verify the same.
