The High Court of Andhra Pradesh started to investigate the quash petition filed by Chandrababu in connection with AP skill development scam case.
The case came to hearing today and the panel of lawyers on CBN’s side made their arguments while the lawyers pertaining to AP CID, and AP government filed their counter argument.
The High court completed the hearing a short while ago and the next hearing has been pushed to 22nd September. The same is confirmed through a written statement a short while ago.
The quash petition has been field as CBN’s lawyers argue that the entire case needs to be scrapped immediately as they argue that the arrest was carried out in an illegal manner.
The High court has adjourned the hearing and pushed the next hearing to 22 September. The judgement is expected to be out soon.
