The Andhra Pradesh High Court is dealing very seriously with those people who have made comments against the High Court, on social media.
It had asked the CBI to investigate and probe into some derogatory comments made against the HC and its judges, on social media, and the CBI has started to finally do this.
The CBI has sent notices to several people, one of whom is High Court lawyer Gopala Krishna Kalanidhi. He has been asked by the CBi to appear before it, on January 9th, at its Visakhapatnam office.
The delay that has been caused till now was because many of the people who made comments on social media were living abroad.
The CBI has now decided to take the necessary action against those who are currently residing in India, and Lawyer Gopala Krishna happens to be the first person among them.
Many other famous and renowned personalities are said to be a part of the CBI’s list, but none of these names have come out, as they are being kept as a top secret.
Once Lawyer Gopala Krishna’s investigation is done, the name of the second person to appear in front of the CBI might be revealed.
