Another minister of YSRCP who is facing some severe allegations is going to face the CBI enquiry. The AP High Court who have been aggressive on the AP government has issued the CBI the authority to enquire the YSR Party current Minister of Labour, Employment, Training, Factories in the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
A fresh petition has been filed in the High Court against AP Minister Jayaram of Kurnool district in the Gummanooru poker case. A petition has been filed seeking a CBI inquiry into the role of Minister Jayaram in the poker club affair.
The court heard that he had assaulted the policemen who went for checks as soon as his true character was revealed. The High Court allowed the petition for hearing and Minister Jayaram was petitioned as a respondent.
Minister Jayaram responded to the petition, and has denied any involvement in the poker club. He is ready for any trial in the case of poker and said that police would not have come if he had been involved in the poker club. AP Labor Minister Gummanoor Jayaram has been embroiled in controversy for a few days.
Minister Jayaram was attacked in Gummanoor by the officers of the Special Enforcement Bureau. The registration of a case against a minister’s brother in a row has become a hot topic of discussion. Opposition TDP leaders criticized the minister and it seems that TDP leaders have recently filed a petition against the minister in the high court.
