CBI court has issued notices to Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The court issued notice on the petition filed by MP Raghuram Krishnaraju seeking revocation of Jagan’s bail. Raghuram alleged in the petition that Jagan had violated the bail conditions.
It is learned that the CBI court issued notices based on the petition filed by MP Raghuram Krishnaraju seeking revocation of Jagan’s bail. The CBI court initially dismissed the case on technical grounds. With this, Krishna Raju filed the revised suit again a week later. It is learned that the CBI special court which received it adjourned the orders after hearing lengthy arguments.
In the petition, Krishnan Raju said that there were 11 charge sheets of misconduct against AP CM, and CM is termed as A1 in all of them.
