Lokesh Kanagaraj, a talented star director in Kollywood, has a large fan base because of hits such as ‘Khaidi’, ‘Master’, and ‘Vikram’. He’s even established his own ‘Lokesh Cinematic Universe’.
Despite mixed reviews, ‘Leo’ saw decent box office success, generating rumours about his possible arrival into Tollywood, with rumours suggesting a collaboration with Prabhas under ‘KVN Productions’.
Currently, Lokesh is directing a film starring Rajnikanth, slated for release later this year, and reportedly has a project with Mythri Movie Makers. With Tollywood’s growing market and pan-Indian appeal, fans are eager for a Lokesh-Prabhas collaboration.
Meanwhile, Prabhas is busy with ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, directed by Nag Ashwin, set to release on May 9th. Official confirmation on the collaboration is awaited.
