Naga Chaitanya’s Thank You, which was released on July 22, is having a terrible run at the theatres. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the feel-good drama became the biggest flops of the year because of unfavourable reviews.
Needless to say, it is a big loss for distributors and exhibitors as they cannot see the audience in big numbers to watch the movie in theatres. In order to cover the loss, some theatres are even offering giveaways in Telugu states. A few theatres are offering Buy 1 Get 1 scheme on Thank You movie tickets for a limited period. This is one of the rare things we see in Telugu states that the tickets of a big film are even given for free. Earlier, we’ve seen this kind of offer for NTR Mahanayakudu, which starred Balakrishna in the lead role.
