Several times in the recent past, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has alleged that the previous government TDP has left the state in deep debts.
But after the state government has released the budget projects yesterday, there would be no other option for the YSRCP government to push the state into greater debts, as all such projects demand to do so, for its implementation.
Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy has allocated a large amount of funds towards Navaratnalu and other welfare programs. To fulfill all such promises, the state government has to pull out Rs. 46,900 crore.
Naidu’s government earlier, brought Rs. 38000 crore loans to fulfill the promises. In that case, Jagan’s government is supposed to take more loans for the fulfillment of its promises.

Adding to it, may agencies may not be willing to provide loans to the government, as Jagan is set to spend all such loans on unproductive sectors like Navaratnalu and other welfare schemes, etc. So it can be estimated that the YSRCP government is going to face tough days ahead and this would bring multiple opportunities for the opposition parties, to criticize the ruling party.
