The president of the Telugu Desam Party, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu has been kept in jail in connection with the AP skill development scam and he has served judicial remand time for 52 days.
Now, finally after several attempts from Chandra Babu Naidu’s team, the high court has granted interim bail for the TDP boss.
The high court has granted the interim bail on health grounds to Chandra Babu and he will have to be confined to the hospital for the next 4 weeks. He cant even meet his family members or hold any public meetings in the said period.
Naidu will undergo an eye surgery in the 4 weeks period and he will have to report back to the Rajahmundry jail once the 4 weeks period is over.
The high court adjourned the next hearing on the case to after 4 weeks and there will be further discussion on the bail then.
